Standard Face Seal High Flow Glands are compatible with VCR style High Flow Glands and are manufactured with SS 316L, VAR, VIM/VAR and Hastelloy. VCR style glands in Hastelloy are excellent for corrosive gas applications.

    Electropolish:
    Face Seal High Flow Glands are offered in Electropolished Finish as well. Just add E at the end of your part number for Electropolished finish.

     

    Surface Finish:
    Ra value of standard finished glands is between 15 Ra and 10 Ra. Ra value of Electropolished finish glands is between 10 Ra and 5 Ra.
